*Our prices are not negotiable.
*Our equipment is not available for rent.
However, we do offer packages in which we will use our equipment (projector, screen, LCD televisions, etc.) to show
your montage video for you.
*We will place a lapel microphone on the groom before the ceremony. This microphone is for video purpose only and the sound will only be heard by the videographer. It will not provide sound for the audience.
*We do not use a lapel microphone at the reception. We use only the live
sound recorded by our camera. If you are having guest interviews done, we will
use a handheld microphone to do them.
*We do not move around during the ceremony unless it is absolutely necessary. We do not want to cause any distractions.
*We always try to achieve the best video shots possible. However, please understand that we cannot always get a certain shot if there are decorations, bridal party
members, guests, etc. blocking our view.
*There will be much more camera movement during the reception.
We try to follow the bride and groom and capture as many special moments as possible.
*We do not use additional lighting during the ceremony. Our cameras do
very well in low light situations. However, please keep in mind, if the church
is dark, the video is also going to be somewhat dark.
*It will take approximately 4-5 months to complete your wedding.
*The
final production of your wedding will be no more than 3 hours long. It will come
in a double DVD case which will contain 2 DVDs. Your ceremony will be on the 1st DVD and your reception will be on the 2nd DVD.
Each completed DVD will contain a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes of video.
Anything above this time limit will possibly reduce the quality of the video footage.
*In order
for your DVDs to play correctly, they will most likely have to be played on a set top DVD player. Most of the time,
they will not play properly on a computer..
